Professional Relations Manger
Role: Professional Relations Manger - Durex
Reports to: Global Category Director - Sexual Wellbeing and Footcare.
Location: Slough, Berkshire
The PRM manages the global professional relations, product support and training programmes for the RB Global Sexual Wellbeing Category and to act as a key knowledge resource on issues management, clinical, medical and technical aspects of the global category.
The primary focus of this role is to act as a knowledge steward for the Sexual Wellbeing category and to ensure proactive and creative use of that knowledge in issues management, professional relations, product support and training at the global category level and in the regions. The position involves responsibility for agreeing activities and budgets for global plans and ensuring timely completion.
The role also demands that the individual proactively identifies and develops future expert sources of advocacy and/or endorsement for the brand and this will require confidence in the knowledge he or she has, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
Degree calibre science graduate or healthcare professional with industry experience or an individual with experience in the Sexual Wellbeing Category
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTES
An excellent communicator both verbal and written, with a high level of customer and consumer focus and a commercial outlook.
Must be self starting and proactive with proven ability to both lead and to work as part of a team.
Flexibility of thought with a particular ability to adapt an argument to deliver different messages to different audiences and to demonstrate leadership in the development and implementation of category issues management strategy.
A good understanding of regulatory and clinical processes and protocols
OTHER PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
