Market Access Brand Manager (9 Month FTC)

Title: Market Access Brand Manager (9 month FTC)

Therapy Area: Analgesia

Reporting To: Group Brand Manager

Location: Cambridge

BROAD PURPOSE OF JOB:

1. To develop and roll-out the tools required to drive access, projects and business by meeting requirements within the changing NHS. Producing materials to support the achievement of our functional strategies

2. To develop Strategy and Tactics for the analgesic portfolio in order to maximise market access opportunities.

3. To develop and roll-out materials to enhance the impact of the customer facing team members and support their work and performance objectives.

4. To develop partnership relations with key NHS customers across the UK to support the Strategic & Tactical Plans.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

" Completion and effective roll-out of market access tools, including collaboration with the training department to ensure full and appropriate training of nominated field personnel
" Complete a gap analysis of requirements across the Analgesic portfolio in order to maximise market access opportunities
" Responsibility for annual Analgesic market access strategic and tactical plans
" Responsibility for Analgesic market access budget, in collaboration with brand team members
" Working closely with the Analgesic brand team members to ensure market access alignment throughout the portfolio plans
" Where appropriate produce materials by brand that are relevant to NHS strategy and tactics on time and within budget
" To represent Napp at appropriate Healthcare meetings which are linked to the Strategic or Tactical Plan

MEASUREMENT:

Implementation & completion of the Strategic & Tactical Plans, coupled with above activities that have measurable outcomes in relation to improving access to the Healthcare Market. These activities will increase the opportunity for business or market share by the organisation.

EXPENDITURE:
All planned activities will be on-budget and on time.

REPORTING:

To ensure the Group Brand Manager and appropriate Brand Managers are fully conversant with plans and report on the following where necessary:
" Material/Project development or issues, including actions taken
" Customer Communication Issues or Opportunities
" Business Objectives
" Detailed account of expenditure; planned or committed.
