CUSTOMERS: PCO's, PBC's, SHA's, Hospitals

Perfil Personal

Experience
Experience in dealing with the NHS at Strategic Health Authority, Hospital, PCO & PBC level.
Experience at project management is essential.
Demonstrable pharmaceutical sales track record at hospital / PCO level
Expereince of working in NHS Liaison/HDM role previously
Experience at developing customer networks as well as be able to understand and disseminate relevant medical and scientific information appropriate to the audience.
You will have strong negotiating and influencing,
Team working skills and have the ability to contribute to strategic plans.
Importantly you will clearly demonstrate leadership attributes and be an excellent communicator.

Attributes
Also will possess excellent analytical and planning skills
Demonstrated ability to interface with health providers at the highest level.
Clarity of thought in reviewing and identifying issues and opportunities in business processes.
Clear and concise presentation skills, both written and verbal, technical and non-technical.
Flexibility in thinking/action and pragmatic in solving problems.
Demonstrated interpersonal and team skills.
Flexibility in role & approach, comfortable with adopting & adapting different roles as required.
