Perfil Personal

" Experience
" Experience in dealing with the NHS at Strategic Health Authority, Hospital, PCO & PBC level.
" Experience at project management is essential.
" Demonstrable pharmaceutical sales track record at hospital / PCO level
" Experience at developing customer networks as well as be able to understand and disseminate relevant medical and scientific information appropriate to the audience.
" You will have strong negotiating and influencing,
" Team working skills and have the ability to contribute to strategic plans.
" Importantly you will clearly demonstrate leadership attributes and be an excellent communicator.

" Attributes
" Also will possess excellent analytical and planning skills
" Demonstrated ability to interface with health providers at the highest level.
" Clarity of thought in reviewing and identifying issues and opportunities in business processes.
" Clear and concise presentation skills, both written and verbal, technical and non-technical.
" Flexibility in thinking/action and pragmatic in solving problems.
" Demonstrated interpersonal and team skills.
" Flexibility in role & approach, comfortable with adopting & adapting different roles as required.
