TERRITORY: West and Central London

JOB TITLE: Sales Executive

REPORTING TO: Divisional Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE: To maximise business opportunities and customer retention within a designated area or customer base in line with company policies and procedures.

PRODUCTS: Capital equipment within:

Hygiene (Burns Treatment, Bathing, Showering)
Patient Handling - Hoists, Frames & Patient Lifting equipment
Cleaning and Disinfection - High performance disinfector machines

CLIENTS:Hospitals & Residential Homes


The job holder will be conversant with ISO9001:2000, the Company's Quality Policy and any quality processes as they apply to the role.

1. Generate new business opportunities so that sales targets are achieved and wherever possible exceeded.

2. To liaise with current customers to facilitate ongoing customer satisfaction and correct usage of equipment , so that ongoing sales opportunities are maximised and customer retention optimised.

3. Identify and maximise opportunities for potential additional business with existing customers to increase revenue and profit to the business.

4. To support and represent the company at Trade Exhibitions and Company Conferences as required.

5. Monitor and advise on competitor activity so that Arjo retains a competitive advantage wherever possible.

6. Ensure all customers personnel have had full demonstrations in correct and safe usage of equipment. To fully address any customer issues promptly and effectively

7. Complete all documentation in line with company procedures so that information is accurate and current.

OTE £40k Plus (£40k really is a minimum there is no cap on the upper limit)
