Job Specification

Regional Manager - developing new temporary nursing and doctor business across growing market sectors for the given territory, responsible for building and maintaining all new business and new client relationships.

Building on our success over recent years we are looking to add to our commercial sales team.

The ICS Regional Manager's main priority and responsibility lies in developing new business from new clients across all market sectors. In addition the RM is responsible for generating new business from new departments or functions within existing client structures.

In 2007 all ICS Regional Managers will be responsible for new sales of both temporary nursing and locum doctor services within their defined territory.

As an RM, you will be required to identify and meet with decision makers in the Independent Sector, Private Hospitals, Medical Companies, NHS Trusts, The Community Care Sector and Industry amongst others, and create detailed staffing solutions tailored to their specific needs. The successful candidate will possess a bright, intelligent and business development personality together with excellent communication and rapport building skills and must be driven by reward and success. This role would suit someone looking to make a career in premium medical services development and marketing.

Paquete Trabajo

Basic 35K inc Car Allownace
Bonus: 12K uncapped
Mileage Allowance, 40p first 10,000 miles then 25p

Perfil Personal

2 yrs medical sales experience preferred

The candidate will need to be focused on new business development, and be looking for a career in premium medical services. We have previously recruited candidates from a range of backgrounds; from medical device sales, to those with healthcare experience coupled with recruitment experience.
