Business Development Manager


TEAM:- Managing a team of 9 representatives

PRODUCTS: - Cardiovascular / Respiratory

CLIENTS:- Primary care

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Seeking an experienced 1st line manager.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: - 2 interview process, 1st interview with NSM, 2nd @ HO

PACKAGE:- Excellent basic salary and very compettive benefits

Basic salary - Negotiable depending on experience
(Reviews are performance based - 2 appraisals per year - individual and team ratings.)

Pension - employee 3.5% then 5.5% at higher income -employer 15.4%
