Role Overview

For this role, Zenopa's client are looking for a Senior Manager of Service and Support, covering a European remit. You will be the application expert, supporting customers with technical support. The opportunity to build your own team of Field Application Scientists is vital to this role too.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and technical support for customers
Find solutions to customer's problems after identifying key issues
Present to both small and large groups on technical seminars
On site and remote training of Zenopa's client workflow
Support and management of team you build out

Person Specification

Bachelor's/Masters/PhD in a life science or related field
Industry experience within Proteomics, NGS or Mass Spec
3 plus years in a Technical support or Field Applications role in one of the above fields
Some management activities/experience is a benefit

Package

£85-£115,000 dependent on experience
(Salary may differ based on European location)
Zenopa's client are using a domestic agency to decide other package details based on regional expectations
