Our client is a remote patient management platform which enables clinicians to assess, monitor and rehabilitate patients more efficiently. The platform is across a number of therapy areas and is currently being used in over 35 NHS Trusts and multiple ICS, as well as working with private clinics, pharma and medical device companies.


Role Overview

This is a role for someone who wants to join a dynamic growing business which has already made significant progress in the NHS. For someone who enjoys building their own sales team and can grow them as the business scales; firstly in the UK but then with the potential to take it international.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Be able to present the company well to any type of stakeholder, customer or prospect, including summarising its value in the market and being able to demo its platform and associated products
- Manage the rolling sales pipeline across existing and new customers
- Develop and manage an overall sales plan with clear targets and regular monthly reviews.
- Performance manages a growing sales team including account managers and business development people.
- Maintain a keen interest in understanding and following the evolution of all of our customers both in the NHS and in the private sector and promote our successes loudly in the market.

Person Specification

Experience
- Extensive expertise in selling digital software/remote patient monitoring software and solutions in the NHS with a proven track record showing your progression in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience of building new business in this industry and area and the ability to establish new business from relationships, soft leads to targeting new customers (cold calling relevant parties to sell into their area of discipline or network from existing contacts).
- Ability to operate at all levels from board level to clinical/procurement/customer levels
