Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and successful sales engineer to join the Elliot Scientific UK sales team. Reporting to the head of sales, you will be working with customers to
understand their requirements, develop a product proposal and close orders. You should be familiar with modern sales processes and be able to develop and grow the sales pipeline through email, phone contacts and face to face visits.

Person Specification

Qualified to Degree level in a Science, Photonics, Electronics or similar discipline is preferred

A strong background in sales backed up with a strong understanding of fibre optics, lasers, optics and related components at a technical level is required.

Experience in dealing with the range of markets which we address including OEM instrumentation, University, Bio medical / Pharmaceutical , automotive and Military is desirable.

Salary £36,000 - £45,000 base depending on experience
Bonus Scheme - £8,000 - £10,000 OTE Uncapped
