Our client is a leading global provider of Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services on a wide range of products, materials, processes and services and products for a diverse set of end markets, where failure in service is simply not an option.
Headquartered in London, UK, their scientists, engineers, and technologists, work in their global network of over 200 laboratories, support customers from early R&D, through complex regulatory approvals and into production ensuring that their products, materials, processes, and services are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.
They have a small team of 10 engineers and despite being a large organisation they are very family-orientated and care about their employees.
Location Our client is looking for a talented FSE, located in the Southeast - who is open to travel within the UK that is looking for a new challenge.
- Carrying out installations repairs and maintenance on GCMS
- Training clients on products to ensure machines have minimal downtime
- Traveling across Southeast region
- Working closely with 10 engineers in the team and managing the diary to ensure work is done to the best standard
- Experience with chromatography instruments
- Great customer service skills
- Happy to travel across the Southeast UK therefore are required to hold a full UK driving license
- Supportive to other team members to ensure the job is done to the best standard
- Experience in laboratory environments

We have an exciting opportunity with a scientific leader in the gas chromatography and mass spectrometry industry.
