Are you familiar with working on infusion devices in the biomedical space and keen to specialise with a leading OEM in the market?

We are delighted to announce we are recruiting for a field service engineer based in the North to look after an extensive portfolio of infusion devices for our client.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•  Undertake the repair of infusion devices at the head office in Basildon once a month
•  Service and repair infusion devices at key UK hospitals
•  Work with the sales team to develop and implement account protection strategies for existing accounts
•  Support sales activities such as tender presentations, trials and implementations
•  Manage technical issues as they arise, ensuring appropriate, and deliverable, strategies are developed and actively communicated to the UK and Swiss teams
•  Develop strong and productive relationships / partnerships with customers
•  Promote a positive and professional company image to our customers at all times

Person Specification

•  HNC or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering
•  Excellent communication and customer relations skills
•  A high level of technical competence and credibility
•  Experience of IV therapy and associated devices
•  Excellent problem Solving skills & decision making abilities
•  An in depth knowledge of quality process' and regulatory requirements
•  An accurate and detailed approach to record keeping
