Role Overview

Grow business for the products across various business channels wholesale, retail, tender, hospital, etc.
Grow the customer base for the Retail/Wholesale Tender, Non Tender and Hospital businesses
Build a sustainable product portfolio

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Tender Management - Planning for the Current & Future tenders of the Insurance companies
Ensure supply contracts with customers (Wholesalers, Retailers, Hospitals etc.)
Ensure timely supply of products that the tenders were won for
Lead team of spread across functions of Quality, Supply Chain, Finance & Customer Service
Marketing Measures and Sales strategy and plan to build and expand the customer base
Customer Account Management
Planning commercialization - Launch & post launch product supplies
Engaging customer to identify New product opportunities
Reviewing Customer performance
Customer Relationship Management
Meeting annual top line and bottom line targets

Person Specification

Experience in sales and marketing in the Germany
Track record of success
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Self-driven
Handle uncertainty
Team Player
Result oriented
