Role Overview

•  Implement our sales and business development plan for Germany in line with top management strategy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•  Implement our sales and business development plan for Germany in line with top management strategy.
•  Develop and manage private labels (PL) and brand opportunity across all the pet channels.
•  This role requires the ability to get products listed negotiate commercial conditions, respond to calls for tender, update sales reports. You will work in close collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams.
•  Report regularly to the Sales Director and the CEO. Analyse the market, bring up issues from the field, propose solutions, establish, and implement an action plan.
•  You will be based independently in Germany. The location will be determined by the person we hire (However, your mobility is a plus for your application for this position and a possible professional evolution). You will be required to travel frequently to visit clients and partners (distributors, buying groups, pet specialties retailers, veterinary clinics, garden centres, DIY, supermarkets) across Germany.

Person Specification

•  You have B2B, pet industry, sales experience and good connections within the pet channels.
•  You are independent and highly organized.
•  Your motivation to join a successful Global company that is developing its business in Germany will make the difference.
