As UK Lab Manager, your role will focus on managing daily operations throughout the laboratory, supporting both a team of scientists and technicians to deliver efficient and accurate results.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Improving both quality and efficiency in Zenopa's client's lab operations theough developing and implimenting strategiesLeading a team of scientists/technicians, ensuring they are motivated and reach their potential
Manage the development of QC processes, protocols and SOPs to ensure the accuracy and consistency of results
Responsible for both all the resources and budget of the lab to ensure business objectives are met
Attend external and internal meetings on behalf of the business
Comply with all standards and regulations
Person Specification
Valid HCPC registration5 years plus leading a molecular or histopathology lab
Masters degree in molecular, genetics, biochemistry (or any relevent discipline)
Leadership skills/excellent communication
Critical thinking and strong time management skills
