Run and grow this key sales territory across a wide range of laboratory equipment, consumables, chemicals and safety products from a number of suppliers.Location = South West UK
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for a range of scientific products and services.- Serving customers engaged in research.
- Development and production within the biotech market.
- Adopting a collaborative sales approach.
- Developing strong business relationships with our customers and suppliers.
- Seeking out new business opportunities.
- Work with supplier representatives to drive product awareness.
Person Specification
- Bachelors degree in a scientific subject area or equivalent work experience.- Life Science with exposure to biotechnology workflows.
- Prior commercial experience - field, retail and phone-based selling.
- Exposure to the research/development laboratory and/or an understanding of the current marketplace is preferred.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Web-based and other digital platforms.
- Valid UK drivers.
- Perform duties while acting in accordance with the Dignity at Work Policy, Code of Business - Conduct ad Ethics and our values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement.
- Good organisational/collaborative ethics.
