Role Overview

The ideal candidate will work well within the sales team to deliver effective, prompt and friendly service. From upselling the product portfolio to answering customer queries. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
Online Sales of the full product portfolio
Assist with dispatch of items

Person Specification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
