Role Overview

To establish, build and maintain relationships with vet practices by promoting and selling a range of products in accordance with the Companys policies, strategy and in line with appropriate customer prioritisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Promote and sell the company's products and services with the company sales objectives
- Contribute to the achievement of companies' targets and own individual KPI targets
- Communicate effectively with customers by telephone, email and online video.
- Processing orders, responding to customer requests for product or technical support.
-Undertake field visits with Territory Managers to build relationships

Person Specification

- Experience in a Telesales/Customer Service position
- GCSE in a Science subject
- Commutable to Towcester
