Key Duties and Responsibilities

Maintaining customer relationships
o Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue
o Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations
- Carry out effective territory sales and marketing strategies
o Analyse data to find the most efficient sales methods
o Meet with customers to address product updates, demonstrations, surgery supervision, concerns and provide solutions
o Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
o Present products and services to prospective customers
o Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
o Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
o Assess sales performance
o Monitor competition within assigned territory
o Prepare and submit reports to your Sales Manager

Person Specification

Sales or clinical professional with dental experience.
" Relevant dental / nursing / medical / technical experience preferably with implant experience
" Desire to sell, train and manage dental accounts and progress in the industry long term
" Motivated to travel and work varied hours in the field, meeting varied dental professionals within private and NHS sectors.


Commission based on sales for the month - payable the following month
Commission is uncapped
Private Medical (50% employee)
