The Background:

Tosoh and Zenopa worked together in finding a suitable candidate to fill thier Product Specialist role, covering the South of UK.  

The Challenge: 

• Finding a suitable candidate, with experience in handling technical issues and complaints with a life science or chemistry background. 
• The candidate needed to be the right fit for Tosoh’s culture and team

The Solution: 

149 candidates were reviewd by Zenopa's Scientific team for the role with only 8 of these Cv being put forward to Tosoh. Tosoh then put four of these candidates were put through the interview process with 2 of these four candiates achieving a final interview.

The Result:

Tosoh selected the candidate they felt had the most appropraite experience for the job with the enitre process taking 14 weeks to complete. 

The candidate is excited to begin their new position in April 2020.
