Background: 

Cellpath are a UK-based independent company, specialising in the manufacture and worldwide supply of products, consumables and services to the Cellular Pathology sector. They were looking for a Territory Manager to cover the North of the UK. 

The Challenge:

Cellpath were looking to find a suitable candidate with a background in life science, and experience working in a laboratory or target based position. 

The Solution: 

• Scientific recruitment consultant Dennis Burgess took on the challenge and with the help of the team, reviewed 243 candidates, of which 10 CV's were sent through to Cellpath for review. From this 10, 6 candidates were taken through to an interview. 
• 3 of the 6 candidates were offered a final interview. 

The Result: 

The entire process from sending CV's to the candidate being offered took just under 8 weeks.

The candidate offered the role, was not only the best for the job, but was also a good culture fit for CellPath. On top of this, the candidate was able to start with CellPath when they needed someone to be in place.
