What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role? 

"My main ambition was to return to the Dental Sector and develop my career in a field that would allow me to enhance the skills I already possessed. Due to my partner falling pregnant, I also wanted to find a position that provided greater earning potential and could offer a flexible, autonomous approach."

"My knowledge within the industry has vastly increased. I feel far more confident to approach clients and in turn, this has increased sales in my territory and thus provided a platform to earn more money each month."

How has your work/life balance improved?

"On a whole, I have far more flexibility to spend more time at home with my family and feel a lot happier/appreciated than in any role I have had previously."
