Kamal was looking for a job where he could be himself and express his ideas. After a chat with Amy from our Scientific Team, Kamal secured himself a new role. We caught up with Kamal a year into his role to see how he was getting on. 

What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role?

"Career development potential, job satisfaction, an environment where I could express my ideas and be myself."

What benefits have you had since securing your role?

"I’ve found that my current role has been an exceptionally good fit for me, my personality and the way I work.  My ideas are listened to and put in to action, my suggestions are taken on board and it’s made me think that the career change I’ve had will be a success, whereas after my first couple of roles in the field I wasn’t so sure about!
