"I had left a previous role and wanted to get a new one to keep developing my career."

"Since I secured and received confirmation in the new role, I gained more confidence on my skills and ability to progress in my career. And, of course, having a better financial support."
How did you find the recruitment process?
"Very easy and straight forward. After talking with the Zenopa advisor, I had an initial interview of 30 min by the phone followed few weeks later (due to holidays) by a second face to face interview at the company. I received an offer later the same day."
How has your work/life balance improved?
"Initially I have been struggling to keep a good work/life balance, has the new role required a lot of travel. Eventually I managed to adjust to the new routine although I still had to cope with lots of commuting.
Recently, due to some changes on my role, the communing time has been reduce and my work/life balance clearly improved."
