Lewis wanted to develop his career and get into a more specialist role within secondary care. Unable to reach his goals at his current company, Lewis decided it was time to look for something new. He contacted our Pharmaceutical team who were able to work and support him through the interview stages and secure him a new role. 1 year into his role, we caught up with Lewis to find out how he found the whole process.
“The process had a bit of a rocky start, as there were a few clients who began the process and then decided to freeze the positions for a 6 month period but we got there eventually. The team were really good at keeping me updated on what was going on and never forgetting about me when this happened. I was prepared for interviews and I was negotiated a really good salary so once it got moving it was a really smooth process.

Since starting my new role, I have had a big increase in confidence and self-belief. I really love my job, the company and my colleagues. My efforts are valued by the team and management can see that I can perform at a consistently high level. Overall I have a much better work life balance compared to before.
