TERRITORY: North West

PRODUCTS: Wound closure, haemostat, suture and sealant product

CLIENTS: Range of customers in theatre setting

Key Accountabilities:

· To sell the wound closure and sealant product range to customers within UK theatres
· To widen the portfolio of products taken by existing customers
· To achieve the company’s sales targets within the agreed geographical territories
· To identify and manage conversion and protection tactics for all accounts on territory
· To develop and maintain strong relationships with all KDM’s within accounts including surgeons, clinical leads, trainers and procurement officers
· To facilitate the wound closure lead brand strategy detailing devices and adopting features and benefits selling
· Proactively manage clinical evaluations
· Provide product specific training when required
· Ensure an up to date knowledge of the current market requirement and competitors

Perfil Personal

Degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing
Previous relevant sales experience ideally in a theatre environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
Self motivated and achievement driven
Strong IT skills
Strong analytical skills
