CLIENTS: Tissue Viability Nurses, Procurement Managers, Ward Managers, Infection Control Nurses, Community Nurse Managers

Paquete Trabajo

o Salary & OTE- Start£32k- moving to £33.5k after 6 months probation- £10k commission if achieve targets plus additional opportunities if large new contracts won/ retained
o Fully expensed Company Car will be provided with fuel card(private mileage to be paid for)/Company Blackberry and laptop
o Company pension and private healthcare available after successful 6 months probationary period

Perfil Personal

o Ideal background of candidate- Experienced Medical Sale Mgr (minimum 4 years' experience) ideally already with Tissue Viability contacts in both Acute and Community setting or an understanding of our market place.
o Used to covering large territory and dealing with a wide range of key opinion leaders within both Acute and PCT environments including TVN/procurement/Third party provider i.e. Medequip (this is a key area for us on this Territory)/Loan store mgrs/Wheel chair services etc. Also with the changes within the NHS Commissioning, possibly GP Consortiums. Will be expected to build the area by obtaining new business (key focus) and manage key contracts already on the area.
o Able to manage large Territory with minimal supervision
o Type of character - Confident/ enthusiastic and able to hit the ground running following induction. Tenacious and target driven. Enjoys identifying new business opportunities and obtaining new business. Range sell as they will be targeted on selling across the product range
