NURSE ADVISOR: Personal Care Division

TERRITORY: West Scotland

Reporting to: Sales Manager

PRODUCTS: Personal Hygiene Products
CUSTOMERS: Internal - Home Delivery Business Unit, Direct Business Unit, Sales Support Unit, Regional Managers, Account Managers, Customer Services Departments, IT Department.
External - Customers and patients.

SCA is a global hygiene and paper company that develops and produces personal care products, tissue, packaging solutions, publication papers and solid wood products.

Sales are conducted in some 100 countries. SCA has many well known brands, including the global brands TENA and Tork. Sales in 2010 amounted to SEK 107 billion (EUR 11.3 billion) and employs about 45000 people worldwide.

Main Tasks

Full understanding and implementation of company’s sales processes and the TENA services methodology
Customer categorisation
Customer Contact plan
Business plan
Assess and agree education needs of customers and develop training package as part of the Joint Action Plan for each account
Understanding and utilisation of TENA Services
Competitor knowledge
Product conversions

Basic salary negotiable depending on experience

Perfil Personal

MUST BE RGN with around two year's post qualification experience with ENB978 (Teaching of Continence and the Management of Incontinence) or ENB998 (Teaching and Assessing in Clinical Practice)
