TERRITORY: North East - Will need to travel to Scotland once every 2 months

Role involves tendering for business - working closely with procurement

PRODUCTS: Tena range of Incontinence Pads (Market Leader)

CLIENTS: PCTs and homes

Overview
To achieve sales targets by acquisition of new business and the retention of existing business/market share, in line with company objectives.

Main Tasks

Full understanding and implementation of company’s sales processes and the TENA services methodology
Customer categorisation
Customer Contact plan
Develop and implement a Business plan, monitor results and work in partnership with the Nurse Advisor (NA)
Marketing campaigns
Strong Decision Making Unit (DMU) relationships
To work in partnership with the NA to achieve targets and provide value added services
To lead review meetings with the customer as appropriate and to be proactive in relation to the progression of sales opportunities
To complete SAMSON (CRM tool) in line with company policy
Ensure customer meets company profitability expectations
Monthly analysis of business data to identify opportunities and threats
