Senior Account Director

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Director to join this successful and award winning independent healthcare communications agency working across a unique and interesting mix of medical education campaigns.

- You will manage an attractive portfolio, consisting of high-profile accounts for some major pharmaceutical clients

- You will provide tactical, strategic counsel to clients, engage effectively with key opinion leaders, as well as oversee the effective development and delivery of campaigns, ensuring that they meet (and exceed) client expectations.

- You will be a results-driven individual with strong client-facing, communication and leaderships skills as well as having a clear interest in and passion for medical education.

Paquete Trabajo

Basic salary dependant upon experience + excellent benefits (tbc)

Perfil Personal

Ideal candidate will have strong PR experience gained in the agency environment. Candidates outside of agency with PR might be considered.

Candidate skills & Attributes

- Suitable candidates for the position will have a solid academic background with a life science degree
- Experience working across a broad range of therapy areas and possess a strong business focus.

- Healthcare agency experience is essential.

- A background in medical education and public relations along with a degree in a medical or science related area is vital to be eligible for this position.

- The right candidate will also be part of the management team.

- To qualify for this role you must have worked on both European and UK client accounts

- Be highly motivated, analytical and strategic, possess strong management credentials as well as demonstrable organisational and budgetary experience.

- This role will also see you playing an active role in new business.

- You will have a real ability to source and spot new business opportunities (both organic and new prospects).

- A flair for understanding medical/science audiences as well as extensive experience working on integrated PR / MedEd campaigns, gained within an agency setting
