PRODUCTS: VAC Therapy - Topical Negative Pressure Devices

CLIENTS: The role of the Business Manager is to work in partnership with the Clinical Specialist to maximise Rental and Sales opportunities for all aspects of VAC Therapy within acute and non-acute settings.

The Territory shall meet or exceed the agreed revenue targets. The role of the BM is to work in partnership with the VAC Clinical Specialists to grow VAC therapy business.

Achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Analyse all business potential on territory.

Deliver a territory business plan and a business plan on all key accounts as agreed with RSM.

Report weekly, factual business development and activities to the Regional Manager.

Report rolling revenue forecast monthly to RSM

Adhere and/or meet all competency standards as per company Standards of Performance

Comply with company SOX and legal procedures.

Deliver Health Economic solutions to key accounts and be competent in the delivery of the company's health economic models.

Maintain CRM in line with company Standards of Performance

Undertake on-call responsibilities as laid down in monthly rota.

Medical Sales Experience

A very well presented business professional who thrives on new experience, responsibility and accountability who is also conscientious and consistently works to the highest standard.
Qualifications
Be educated to A level or equivalent. Be able to demonstrate high levels of literacy and numeracy with qualification in English and Mathematics to GCSE level or equivalent.
Business qualifications would be advantageous
